Pool Builder listing in Peoria, AZ

About Legacy Construction and Roofing

Roofing carries this Peoria company, residential and commercial alike, with solar installation running alongside it. Casitas and hardscaping fill out the rest of the work. Swimming pools fall outside what's offered: no construction, no remodeling, no service, which makes the pool-builder category on its map listing a mismatch for what the business actually sells.

From the Arizona Registrar of Contractors posting list dated 2026-10-02 , license expiring 2028-06-30. Licenses change. Confirm this one is still current, and read any complaint history, at the ROC contractor search before you sign a contract or pay a deposit.

A license class says what a contractor is permitted to do. The services listed above are what this business says it does. The two are not the same thing, and it is worth asking about any gap.
