Botanist of The Valley
ROC license · KA-5- Builds new pools
- Remodels and resurfacing
- Spas and hot tubs
Peoria's list runs to 18 companies, and only five of them say they build new pools. This is a service and maintenance market first. If you want a pool dug here, you are choosing from a handful of local names, and some of your stronger options will come from neighboring cities.
The review numbers make the same point. Triton Pools leads the city with 896 reviews, Pink Dolphin Pool Care has 186 and Protege Pool Services has 133, and none of them build. The highest reviewed company that does build, Botanist of The Valley, has 86. The median across all 18 listings is 26.
Do not read that as a quality gap. Weekly service collects reviews in a way construction never can, because a service customer has a reason to rate you every season while a build customer has one reason, once.
Licensing covers two thirds of the list. 12 of the 18 appear on the ROC posting list dated 2026-10-02, and nine mention a license themselves. Among the classes on file, KA-5 and B-5 each cover two companies and are build classes, while CR-6 on three listings and R-6 on two permit service and repair only.
Radiant Waters Pools & Spas is listed as a builder with no license number recorded here and no reviews yet. A new company is not automatically a bad bet, but on a build you want the ROC number before anything else, and you can check it free at azroc.my.site.com/AZRoc/s/contractor-search.

The builders who are here are small. HotShot Hardscape and Pools under ROC 337778 holds B-5 with 33 reviews, and Caribbean Pools and Spas under ROC 325789 shows 13. Sonoran Glass & Fence under ROC 340966 has eight. Those are thin counts either way, so ask how long each license has been active and ask for addresses of recent local work.
Three of the 18 handle commercial pools, a solid showing for a list this size. If you manage an HOA property or an apartment complex in Peoria, you have local options rather than having to source from central Phoenix.
For the common residential jobs, six companies do remodels and resurfacing, six offer financing, five install decking and pavers, five do outdoor living work and four handle spas and hot tubs. Pebble interior finishes appear on three listings and heating or solar on two, so those jobs will take a more targeted search.
14 of the 18 listings carry a written description. The four that do not are worth a phone call rather than an automatic skip, since small operators often never get around to writing one.
Five of the 18 Peoria listings say they build new pools. The rest focus on service, cleaning, remodels and surround work, so a new build usually means a shorter local list plus a few calls into neighboring cities.
Triton Pools at 896 reviews, Pink Dolphin Pool Care at 186 and Protege Pool Services at 133 are all service operations. Weekly route work generates far more reviews than construction does. Compare builders only against other builders, where the top count is 86.
12 of the 18 appear on the ROC posting list dated 2026-10-02, and nine state a license in their own listing. The classes on file include two KA-5 and two B-5, which are build classes, plus three CR-6 and two R-6, which are service and repair only.
Three of the 18 listings cover commercial pools, which is a reasonable share for a city list this size. That is enough to get competing quotes for an HOA, apartment or community pool without going outside the city.
Six of the 18 list financing. The same count handles remodels and resurfacing, five install decking and pavers, and five do outdoor living and landscape work, so a remodel package with payments spread out is realistic here.
