- Heating and solar
- Commercial pools
Avondale's list has three companies, and none of them is confirmed as a new-pool builder. For construction you will be hiring from Goodyear, Phoenix or elsewhere in the West Valley, and that is the right call rather than a compromise.
What the three do cover is the surround and the upkeep. Master Pool Decks has 54 reviews and works on decking and outdoor living rather than the pool itself. Bright Blue Pool Services has 11 reviews and Arcos Pools has one. The median across the three is 11.

One of the three appears on the ROC posting list dated 2026-10-02, holding R-6, which permits service and repair only. That fits the shape of the list: maintenance and surround work, not construction. Building a pool in Arizona requires a Registrar of Contractors license, so anyone here who offers to build you one should be able to hand over a number you can verify.
Only one of the three listings has a written description, so you will learn more in five minutes on the phone than from reading. When you bring in a builder from outside the city, run the name through the free ROC search at azroc.my.site.com/AZRoc/s/contractor-search before you sign anything, and confirm the class covers construction and not just repairs.
